Why can't I log in through the mobile app?

Most of the time issues with logging into your account via the mobile app are temporary in nature and resolve themselves quickly. We do recommend that you check the app store to make sure that you have the most up-to-date version of the Credit Sesame app. If your app is up to date and you still cannot access your account, we recommend that you log into your account via the Credit Sesame website to make sure there is no technical issue with your account. If you are unable to access your account because you've forgotten your password, please read this article to reset your password through our website. Once you've determined that there is no issue with your account by accessing the website, we recommend that you delete the app from your mobile device and reload the app. You can then log in to your account via the app by using your email and password. Do not sign up for a new account as you will be blocked from registration as you already have a Credit Sesame account.
