How to change your email preferences from your account
Credit Sesame thinks you should be in control of the types of email that you receive.  Click here and log into your account to change your communication preferences on our alerts page.  

How to unsubscribe from an email
You can also change your email preferences from any non-account related email without logging into your account by clicking on the unsubscribe links at the bottom of the email.  

Membership Related Emails
Certain emails are related to your on-going membership (2 to 4 emails a month) to Credit Sesame and because they are related to your membership cannot be unsubscribed from. If you want to eliminate this type of email, you should actually deactivate your Credit Sesame account. Keep in mind that once you deactivate your account you will no longer be able to log into your account and your account information will be deleted. Click here to log into your account and deactivate your account at the bottom of the profile page.
