How do I reset my password?

How to reset your password
To reset your password, visit our password reset page and enter the email address associated with your Credit Sesame account. We will then send you a password reset email to that email address. Open your email and click on the password reset link, answer a security question and you'll then be able to create a new password.

Not receiving password reset email
If you are not receiving a password reset email it is possible that the email may be held up by your email provider.  Be sure to check your spam folder of your email account.  If you are still unable to receive the password reset email or experiencing other password reset issues, please email the Member Success team.

Credit Sesame account is associated with another email address
You cannot have two Credit Sesame accounts. If you are trying to create a new account with a new email address, you will be blocked at registration.  To solve this problem, you should try to access that account using your original email address and original password. Once you are able to access that account, you can change the email address associated with the account on the profile page.

Can't access email associated with your Credit Sesame account
If you were blocked at registration due to SSN match and you no longer have access to the original email account and you don't recall the password, you will not be able to reset your password. In this case you will need to contact our Member Success team for assistance.  To do so, please send an email to our Member Success team with the subject line "SSN In Use". In the email, please provide your full name and birthday and we'll help you get properly registered.
